Nikon D90 Digital Camera Wonder

Nikon D90 Digital Camera with 18-105mm lens is the top of the line digital camera that is an upgraded version of D80 and just a little short of all the options that Nikon D300 offers. I would say Nikon D90 Digital Camera is somewhere around 90% of D300, with two benefits compared to Nikon D300. First one is the price; it is significantly cheaper than Nikon D300 which may be the reason why it is selling like crazy. The other reason is the first DSLR movie mode. That means that this baby is the first digital camera that has the ability to record video clips.

With Nikon D90 Digital Camera you can records a video clip for 5 minutes. That is if you want your recording to be in 1280*720 resolution, if you want a longer video recording you can shoot the video in 600*480 resolution which will allow you a 20 minute video recording. Now this is a great plus for Nikon in general, they are not trying to compete with digital video cameras, they are just trying to give more options to their top of the line cameras like Nikon D90 Digital Camera.

Regarding other technical details of the Nikon D90 Digital Camera you won’t be disappointed. Nikon D90 Digital Camera has a 12.9 megapixel DX-format CMOS sensor, the same as Nikon D300. It also has a 3.0-inch 920,000 pixel TFT monitor on which you can preview your pictures or video recording you just made. So those are the two most significant options that are the same as D300 and we can get them at a lower price. Other than that Nikon D90 Digital Camera has an image sensor cleaning system, a 3D tracking AF and it allows you 4.5 frames per second continuous shooting.  It also has slightly improved viewfinder with 96% frame coverage, improved user interface which makes it easy to use.

Now when say easy to use, I really mean easy to use. Nikon D90 Digital Camera has the same layout of buttons as other Nikon cameras which will be very useful for everyone that is used to handling a Nikon camera. As for the menu and the interface they are very simple, all you need to know is how to read to be able to handle Nikon’s menu. That menu offers noise reduction, photo info, and all kinds of presets for the style of shooting and all sorts of professional required options.

With dust removal system, movie mode and the new ability to make recordings and in the end its price, this Nikon camera is something a photographer must have. If you want to find it at an even lower price than they offer it in your local store you can always check the price comparison websites. But know that the range will go from $1200 to $2100 depending on the accessories that go with the camera. Whatever you choose, it is still cheaper than Nikon D300 and you don’t lose a thing, because Nikon D90 Digital Camera is a thing of the future that is great for both the professionals and amateurs, easy to use with many options and of course the most important thing, high quality photos.

How do I remove grain or noise from a photo using Paint Shop Pro X2?

I found a tutorial of Corel’s website, bit it didn’t explain anything.

I go to “Adjust.” then “Digital Camera Noise Removal.”

I’ve messed with Noise Correction with “Small,” “Medium,” and “Large” linked and not linked, as well as with Correction Blend and Sharpening

Usually I can get something that looks fairly smooth, though it also has a soft-focus look it it. Additionally, there are small, short, soft, horizontal and vertical dark lines that cover the entire photo after applying the filter.

Does anyone know of a website that explains in detail what all of the options under “Digital Camera Noise Removal” are and what they do?

Any tips how to successfully remove lots of noise without getting those little lines?

Thanks!

The best way to learn what they do is to play around with them.
Small, medium and large remove the small, medium and large artifacts in the photo, so far as I can tell [that's what it looked like in the video on Corel's web site].

It’s the nature of the beast to have your photos a little softer after using the noise correction; you can always use a sharpen filter to fix that, or use the sharpening option for Noise Correction.
