In broadcast mode why does my Web Cam operates at from .29 to .77 fps regardless the position of the slider?
My computer is an HP a1330n with a AMD 3800 and 1 GB RAM, connected to High Speed Cable. My Web Cam is an Ultra Vision that seems to operate at 30 fps in idle, or “Quick Capture” form.
The CAM probably does an auto detect, so that IT determines the speed; it sounds like there may be an option you need to check or uncheck to stop the frame rate change
