Trying to install Logitech Orbit AF Webcam on Laptop but keep getting this error this is a brand new computer so im not sure why it won’t install.
I also tried installing a microsoft quick cam as well and got relatively the same error
the perfect optimizer gives me errors when it scans so it doesn’t work and ive tried rebooting

That is a registry value. Try disabling all your anti virus software, including firewall. This should solve the problem. If you still have the same problem restart your computer with the anti virus disabled. Then try installing it again.
