What is a cheap camera flash good to shoot?

I have a Nikon D40 and SB600. I just bought a wireless trigger and start practicing the techniques of off-camera. I'm looking for a second flash experimental lighting techniques. What would be a good flash for this? I do not want to pay the price of another SB600. I was looking Vivitar or Sunpaks. My budget is about $ 100 (I'm planning on buying on eBay).
