Hello, currently using a Konica Minolta bizhub c350 pcl5c with the Fiery option. So I created 10 Account Track id’s and passwords directly on the printer, when ever some one needs to make copies they have to enter their own acc id and acc password, this helps me keep track of eveyone’s copying activity. for network printing all 10 users are set up using a driver for a c351 PSp model, since there are no direct drivers for my c350 pcl5c for windows 7. My goal is to set up each user so that when they print from their computer the bizhub will add the pages printed to their total page count for tracking purposes. All computers running windows 7 64-bit. currently when any one prints from their computer the printed pages don’t get added to their acc, but still print.

It does feel like a driver issue. I found a Windows 7 c350 pcl5c 64-bit driver, but it may have been an older version. It wouldn`t hurt to try that. At a place I worked tech support, 32 vs. 64 bit usually was the root of printing issues. I didn`t have time to investigate why at that time.
