Just bought a pentax k-x online .. Accessories?
Hi, I’ve just bought a pentax k-x online. This is my first dslr .. I’m just curious as to what accessories i should get? I’ll mostly be taking photos of my kids .. The camera comes with an 18-55mm lens .. This is the listing, it also lists the other accessories it comes with ..

so far, I’d like to get a flash diffuser, macro lens and of course a cleaning kit for it .. Are there any reccomendations for brand/type etc? Or anything else I should get?

While having a cleaning kit is a good idea, those of us who have been using camera for a few decades, try to keep our lensed pristine so we don’t need to clean them. The more cleaning you do, the greater the chance is you will damage to delicate lens coating. This is why many of us place a UV filter over the lens and just clean the filter from time to time. It its coating begins to wear off, for $60 or so bucks you can buy a new one. Replacing the coating on the front element of a lens can be prohibitive. Usually a mircofiber cloth is all that is needed to keep the front end of your lens clean
