The digital camera is one the popular inventions that are out there. There are a lot of us that enjoy the use of a digital camera no mater what make and model. That makes it perfect if you are on a family outing and you happen to see the kids or adults doing something that you just don’t want to miss showing other people just how goofy they can be out there in public.

There is always the option to put it on your computer and make any changes that you would so desire such as red eye reduction or even cropping another digital picture onto one another. Moreover, when it is on your computer you even have the option to share the picture with friends and family with the use of email or making a slide show to share all your happy and eventful moments with everyone else.

Need a new digital camera- needs to be small- user friendly & enought mega pix to enlarge…?

I have a Sony cybershot 8.1 mega pix- loved it- dropped it & it’s almost 50% of the cost to fix it- so….
I do a LOT of photography of kids- enlargements etc- what is EASY to use/figure out…but not terribly expensive…no more than $350 ish ( prefer less if I get my needs met)

Digital SLRs are not small, unless your “small” scale is different from mine……;-)

So your best bet is to buy a top-rated point and shoot, which has good image quality, relatively high resolution for image enlargement, quick shutter and next shot response and friendly user interface.

And, it is small enough to carry around.

The latest consumer report rated the Sony DSC-W200 the best pocket camera. It meets all your requirements!

Are there other choices? Yes, the Sony T70, or if you go just a bit larger, go for one of the Canons. Canon models always perform respectfully.
