Ashton Kutcher Coolpix touch screen camera, yay or nay?

Finally have enough $$$ to buy an Ashton Kutcher Touch Screen cool pix camera, my sisters friend has one and says it doesn’t work. So I was just wondering if it was the specfic camera she got or if it was the brand. To any of you out there who have this camera or can answer my question, is this a good prodect to invest in?
