what’s a really good digital camera?

i really want a new digital camera. right now i have the Canon A570 IS. i’ve had it for a while so i want a new digital camera. i was looking at the Nikon COOLPIX S220.

Well, you can pretty much change saturation, temperature, and extras like sepia and black and white, on almost any camera. I recommend either a Canon, or a Samsung.
Canon’s are a reliable brand, that have been around for a while. They are also affordable. The only problem I have found with canon, as you also have the problem, is they go through so many batteries! The A570 that you now have, isn’t a great camera. Canon makes alot better things nowadays, so maybe try another canon? If you want to try another canon, I recommend the SD780 IS. It is canon’s newest camera, and it is very, very compact! It is the smallest camera I have ever seen, but it has a great picture quality. You would enjoy it.
Next, I recommend a Samsung. Samsung is a Japanese brand, and as I know, since I am Japanese, and I visit Japan a lot, I know that Samsung always has the least expensive and newest technology.
The first Samsung I recommend, is the SL35. It is a great, affordable camera priced at just $99.99. It also has 10.2 megapixels. It is a great quality, considering I have two friends that own this camera. Samsung seems to be the only brand, that has very affordable cameras, that are reliable.
The second Samsung I recommend, is the SL202. This camera is similar to the first Samsung. It also has 10.2 megapixels, like the first camera. This camera is reliable, and also affordable. It starts at $119.99. You would also enjoy this.

The reason I don’t recommend a Nikon, is because they have always been good at making the DSLR’s and SLR’s, the more proffesional cameras. They kinda recently started making the regular compact cameras. There customer service is bad, and prices are too high.
