Canon Xsi – Perfect Slr For Beginners
First one thing: this review is 1 st line of SLR beginners and experienced photographers not yet addressed that previously were satisfied with conventional cameras, but are looking for new challenges.
My experience is limited to three small-format cameras (currently Fujifilm FinePix F11), as I have for almost two weeks have had a Nikon D80, but gave them back, because the sensitivity of dust here (in particular should have been) something of an exception, he appeared also to problems of pixels (a total failure, various colors).
I really wanted to live up to Nikon, but it was to produce a camera with dust removal, testing going on with the Nikon D60 does not show that it represents a level more favorable than the D80. So I just stretched the excellent run-out model Canon EOS 400D, but why save the wrong end? Of course, this model will soon fall in price, but I plan to use the camera for several years, so I slammed because it was heard in the run-up to a lot of praise. current tests (not occult magazine which) encouraged me to take this step. I bought from the dealer to exchange the rest in place, nothing against Amazon, etc., but the price was comparable, especially with accessories, and I can return to earth – but everyone must decide for themselves.
The first test (more than the D80, I have the unique opportunity to compare far): large, crisp photos indoors, the flash illuminates m. E. not so good, but it is fully adequate. Had values up to 400 ISO I tried until now, the image noise as I can (almost never) say-great performance. Outdoor shots also work high resolution, which occurs primarily in natural colors.
The large 3 inch screen high resolution is very well done, I think Live View is a “real” SLR photographers (which I still want to be) quite useless, but is now likely to be slow for new standard models. The Canon XSi with live view but consumes much more than a battery can therefore make fewer images (with 50% flash used about 190 images) as instructed. Moreover, it will not work (!) In the Subject field ways, namely for the beginner, you can not use Live View for example, in the field automatically.
But exactly what would have been desirable to see the photo in front of the trigger to be able, but there are the viewfinder. It is also very good. Miscellaneous information will be provided in the viewfinder, which can be read in the manual. It should be noted the 9-point autofocus. What does it mean? Within nine points in the viewfinder light, usually just a few. They are the ones who put the image in each area to “strong.” One realizes quickly that does not always work and sometimes it is better to manually cutting. But to become a professional middle-SLR, but certainly we need a few years – all smaller parties.
The goal: a good week, I have been very successful, the only camera that ES-S 18-55 mm lens: Most of the photos are, but even with a stabilization does not mean that blur photos! A tripod, I have already ordered, a steady hand and stabilizer are good, but there are parts with the 55-250 mm lens, new challenges to ensure a perfect image (such as night shots with longer exposure times). It is also noted that the “first small lens allows wide-angle shots. Distorts that bothers me, I have not found the time.
Now I also get the EF 55-250 mm lens reinstated. Suitable for camera light in any case this is more of a lightweight, screw must not twist his arm. The whole set is still by men and women in shape! And the photo () has received a few days. Wow, for my purposes is simply the first time in a while ‘. Large zoom are possible, because even here, is used a stabilizer, I have lived so far in the direction of the camera does not shake ambidextrous. The focal range is remarkable. Professionals such as slow gentle smile, but if one does not have HDTV, PAL is the television sometimes very good, d. H. You can certainly increase.
If I wanted something better, I would have with a Nikon D300 also offers more attainable. With a goal most expensive in the beginning of my budget guidance, but would have been significantly exceeded. Therefore, the Canon XSi(450D) does not work though for beginners so interesting. A great device that allows you to forget the relatively fast as his recent digicams.
The comparison of the purely physical 22.2 x 14.8 mm shows a large image sensor the size of available sensors weak because here is a 12.2 million pixel (effective) model exists only for the noise at higher ISO range is important.
Another reason that makes me happy is that I had no problem with dust, removing any remaining dust in the camera also works Com is recommended for more stubborn cases, a commercially available blower or WARNING in dusty environments. loss of pixels at various test pictures have not been able to find.
More can certainly be reported, but other, more competent reviewers are certainly still speak.
For me, a Kauftipp. A reference to the body again, are plastic, then no longer seems so cheap because it was something noble installed, but it is a D80 or comparable and mostly not very expensive cameras hold a candle. But with the great grip on the material and lower weight of this deficiency is compensated very well.

Which camera should I buy?
I am 16 years old and very serious about art. I want a camera that takes extremely high quality pictures like a D-SLR without the price tag. I also would like it to take decent videos. I have considered several, let me know which one you think is best for me. Thanks!

I’m leaning towards the first one, it’s rated number one by consumer reports. Tell me what you think!
yes, go with the first one, the canon’s are #1 in cameras right now and they are very good too.
i wouldn’t go with #4, i have that one, and it always turns off after every picture so it always has to be fully charged, it’s a pain in the buttttttt. haha
hope you find a good camera
