Which has better auto focus, Pentax vs Canon vs Nikon?

I have Pentax k20d and I am usually happy with it except the auto focus in low light setting. Will Canon 40D or Nikon D300 has better performance on that issue? How do you compare their high ISO?

Disregard sant kabir. There is little question that, among hte three cameras you have mentioned, the D300 is better. I have a D300 and have yet to encounter a situation where it would not autofocus, no matter how dark.
