Sony india is the leading manufacturer of home electronics in India. They provide a large range of house hold electronics ranging from television to mobile phones. The latest sony mobile phone that has come to the Indian market is the new Sony Ericsson Aino. It’s a quad band GSM mobile phone operation on frequencies like 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, and UMTS 850/900/2100 MHz, it supports GPRS/EDGE class 10, and 3G networks like HSDPA at 7.2 Mbps and HSUPA at 2 Mbps.
Its form factor is of a Touchscreen slider with the dimensions of 104mm x 50m x 15.5 mm and weighs in at about 134g. The display on this phone is a 3-inch touch screen display capable of a displaying up to 16M colors at a resolution of 240 x 432 Pixels.
The internal memory oh this phone is just 55MB which can be expanded to up to 16 gb using a micro SD card. It has a very high quality camera with an 8 megapixel sensor that supports autofocus camera and has an in built LED flash. A few other features related to the camera are a touch focus, face detection and smile detection technology, a digital image stabilizer and smart contrast. The camera is also capable of recording videos in VGA quality with a frame rate of 30 fps.

which camera do you recommend? canon powershot SX20 or sony cybershot HX1?!?
I want to buy a camera with recording ability but I’m more focusing on shooting quality then recording between these 2 which one would be a better one?
Go with the Canon. When it comes to still camera’s-for the most part Canon and Nikon are the tops in the market-Olympus, Sony and others do a good job, but have thier drawbacks. A friend of mine has the SX20 and loves it, and if its still around in another year or so when I go to buy a new camera its going to be top of my list-I’ve used my friends and its awesome. Sony’s typically take better video’s, but are lacking a bit in terms of still photo quality/functionality and typically are priced a bit higher then they probably should be. I’ve had great luck with the past 3 or 4 canon’s I’ve owned-bought my Ma the SX120 for christmas the other year and she loves it! Nikon makes a great camera too-so you may want to look into what they have thats comparable. I’d choose a Nikon over a Sony, and choosing between a Nikon and Canon for me would be more price based then anything else. Canon’s strenght is its still photo camera’s-look at nearly any major sporting event and many of the pro’s are shooting Canon DSLRs, most of the rest are using Nikons. In the same respect, many of the HD videocams being used at those same sporting events to show them on TV are Sony’s-and sony has a long history of making awesome video recording equipment. If I was going to buy a Video Recorder-it’d be a sony.
Also, I’ve seen video’s that the SX20 can take and they are pretty nice quality, so feel confident going with the canon
