I opened my screen and broke the lens of my camera gear if I could get replacement parts?

I have a Kodak EasyShare V1253 (HD) and I as I said those things broke … I was thinking of going on ebay and get the same exact camera work, but does not have the parts I need …. Could I take it to a camera shop for things that need to be corrected and what could the place? Or do I need an entirely new camera because I love my camera! It was a total accident!

It is certainly possible and does not require expensive tools. I fixed many a camera with nothing more than a small screwdriver and pliers. That said, worth it? This camera can be purchased for under $ 100. An LCD replacement will cost at least $ 50 and a replacement lens will probably never be bought. To replace the lens that will have to go on eBay and find someone selling a broken camera of the same model with a good lens (probably $ 20 + shipping).
