what camera bag should I get?

Hi all, I am a photographer nothing special i only do it for hobby, I have a nikon 5000 and the 15-88 kit and a Sigma 18-250mm flash and some other accessorys and a hp pavilion dv9000 17-inch I-style backpack and I carry all my equipment, more portable and some extra gear (jacket snacks etc.) and i want it to be easy to get to my computer. I looked at the Lowepro FastPack 350 and 467 of the kata anyone have this? What do you think? and any other bags you think I should look? thanks
