Camera 450D – Recommended Unrestricted

Since there are already some very elaborate reviews, I can be brief. I agree with the recommendations made here.

This is my first DSLR, so I have no means of comparison. I have gained me after I (due to the Samsung S85) is also highly recommended, we had given our daughter’s birthday, blood had leaked digital photography. I can not imagine what is in this price range even more could be expected. But when one begins to scratch at the possibilities, then there is a just thrilled.

As for the processing, I can understand not the charge of simple plastic appearance. What do expect some kind of a precision instrument at this price? Hardwood inlays? No, the camera feels well and quickly to familiar, catchy to use and – most importantly – make compelling images.

Incidentally, I also think the kit lens is not as bad as some make it. For the small price difference for housing because you should always accessible.

Camera 450D – My Impressions and Improvements to the 400D

After testing, there is plenty to the camera, I will confine myself to the differences from the 400D, which I have used over two years.

1.) AF with the image sensor. This AF is very slow, but returns in extremely low light situations (at night) or with lenses that make the AF accuracy problems, a reliable and accurate focusing. Booyah!

2.) The “normal” AF. Does my impression is that in a bad light much better than the 400D and also finds that if the 400D did not.

3.) The LifeView with MF lenses and magnification. With MF lenses can now be to focus without eye-torture. Works great.

4.) The menu can now adjust the external flash, the flash does not fire. So one can use the red AF assist light of the lig-430EX, without the picture is made with flash. (went with the 400D is not, I find very useful)

5.) sensitivity is now displayed in the viewfinder. I do not find that important, but is also good.

6.) shutter time of 2 or 10s either, or Custom. This issue was resolved when the 400D rather annoying, and now there are more settings.

7.) Exposure: balanced and secure. The exposure is slightly brighter in the measurement mode rather than in the Center-400D. With the 400D, I have over-exposed in this mode, mostly 1 / 3 to 2 / 3, underexpose the Camera 450D you have more 1 / 3, so do not eat up the lights. If we let the control of the exposure compensation to zero, should be somewhat careful.

8.) Very sharp and detailed images. The camera is made in this class probably be read with the highest resolution values, as in professional tests. I find that auc. Especially with fine details (branches, leaves, hair, looks, etc.) is very good when the lens which also accommodate this.

9.) Very good value for money of the KIT lens. Spend for a lens with the sharpness and the IS of the KIT lens must be more than the price of the camera.

The KIT lens is indeed dim (f = 5.6 at the long end) and made of plastic, but even those are all disadvantages.

The picture quality is impressive and needs compared to the “middle class” lenses do not shy away from.

If there is enough light (daytime) it takes one good move. In bad light then goes out quickly the light intensity.

Disadvantages:
– Slightly higher noise than the 400D
– Larger and larger files because RAWS 12MP

All in all a great camera for me. A strong buy recommendation!
