Sony is one of the most sought after names in Digital SLR Cameras manufacturing, and it offers various models of Digital Cameras and Digital SLR Cameras in India. Instructional DVD guides for cameras?

I’m thinking of purchasing an instructional DVD for my new Olympus e510, and there are a few choices. Has anyone used any of these guides, either from Jumpstart or another producer? Are they worth it? I’m an enthusiast-level photographer, aspiring to more, and just bought my first dSLR after 4 years with a Panasonic FZ10. The Oly manual explains the functions fairly well, but I’m wondering if a DVD guide might give more practical advice on things. I use online resources like wrotniak, etc, as well, but wish to become as accomplished as I can with this camera. Thanks!
hi mere_mortal:

Thanks for your answer, but I have to say that “just for the sake of accuracy”- I state in my question:
“and just bought my first dSLR after 4 years with a Panasonic FZ10.”
This means that I had an FZ10 for four years, and now have recently bought my FIRST dSLR, the E510. I did not say or imply that I thought my FZ10 was an SLR.

You do learn some, but they seem radically overpriced.

I would prefer to spend the money on a great digital phography book, a polarizing filter and another media card.

But that’s just me.

Just for the sake of accuracy. A FZ10 is not a dSLR.
